CAD NURBS for technical precision. SubD for organic flow. Polygonal sculpting for artistic detail. I don't force one method on every project. Sharp geometry stays in CAD. Flowing surfaces start in SubD. Decorative sculpts live in ZBrush. Then everything meets in production-ready files.
I've scanned vehicles across Europe, from rare classics to modern trucks. I work on my own scans or on scans provided by the client. Mesh cleanup, smart decimation, centering, surface reconstruction, and full scan-to-CAD conversion. If you only have photos, I've done that too.
Every part I design gets a physical fit-test before going to final production. I print prototypes on FDM, assembled from smaller sections on standard printers. Medical-grade resin for dental work. For SLS powder printing I work with online services. I also prepare GCODE for printers and KRL paths for KUKA robotic arms.
